Job Title: Lead Data Infrastructure Specialist">The Role

As a key player in our data infrastructure, you will design, build, and maintain scalable pipelines to power reports on publicly listed companies. Your work will shape the company's growth by delivering high-quality data solutions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design and implement robust data pipelines in Snowflake and AWS
  • Automate data ingestion, validation, and transformation workflows using Python and SQL
  • Collaborate with analysts to launch new tickers and ensure data integrity across client-facing reports
  • Develop and maintain internal tools and dashboards (Retool or similar)
  • Experiment with LLMs and ML automation to reduce manual effort and improve efficiency
Requirements
  • 2–5 years' experience as a Data Engineer (or similar role)
  • Strong skills in Python and SQL for data scripting, wrangling, and automation
  • Hands-on experience with Snowflake (or other warehouses) and AWS (S3, Lambda, EC2)
  • Solid understanding of database design
  • Familiarity with CI/CD (GitHub Actions) and version control (Git)
  • Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments, with exposure to best practices (PRs, code reviews)
  • Experience with internal tools/dashboards (Retool a plus)
  • Interest in applying automation and ML (including LLMs) to real-world data problems
  • A proactive, self-starter mindset with strong problem-solving skills
  • Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience)
