- Work collaboratively with colleagues to develop and implement personalized care plans, ensuring each young person receives tailored support.
- Maintain accurate records of care activities, including progress notes, treatment plans, and incident reports.

Required Qualifications and Skills:
- A minimum level 7 qualification in Social Care or relevant equivalent.
- Full, clean manual driver's license valid in Ireland.
