Job Description:

A Construction Site Engineer will oversee and manage all on-site construction activities, ensuring that projects are completed on time, within budget, and in compliance with all safety and quality standards.

Responsibilities:
  • Manage and coordinate on-site construction activities to ensure adherence to project plans and specifications.
  • Coordinate with project managers, architects, and subcontractors to ensure smooth workflow and timely project completion.
  • Conduct regular inspections to identify and address any issues or potential risks on the construction site.
  • Prepare and maintain accurate project documentation, including daily reports, progress updates, and change orders.
  • Collaborate with the design team to resolve any engineering or design issues that may arise during construction.
  • Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements and building codes.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field.
  • Proven experience as a Construction Site Engineer or similar role.
  • In-depth knowledge of construction management processes, means, and methods.
  • Strong understanding of building codes, regulations, and safety standards.
  • Excellent project management and organizational skills.
  • Ability to effectively communicate and collaborate with a wide range of stakeholders.
