This role offers the opportunity to work as a People Services Advisor in a dynamic environment.
You will be responsible for managing the contract and onboarding process across our Business Units, communicating instructions to payroll in a timebound manner, and reporting on absence and other key People KPI's.
Transactionally, you will complete HR processes and data updates using SuccessFactors HRIS system and PeopleDoc CRM, serving as primary support and coach for employees and managers with Employee Self Service (ESS) and Manager Self Service (MSS) transactions through SuccessFactors and PeopleDoc.
Additionally, you will maintain electronic and physical personnel records in accordance with record retention policies.
To be successful in this role, you will require 3+ years previous experience in administration or shared services (preferably HR), excellent customer service, time management and communication skills, high personal integrity required in handling confidential information, and excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
Experience in SAP Success Factors is an advantage.
