About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced professional to join our team as a Marketing Manager.

The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of B2B marketing and the ability to develop and execute successful marketing strategies.

The role requires strong leadership skills, excellent communication abilities, and a keen eye for detail.

  • Develop and implement multi-channel marketing campaigns
  • Lead brand positioning initiatives
  • Design and manage integrated marketing campaigns
  • Monitor and optimize campaign performance using KPIs
  • Oversee online presence including website, SEO/SEM, email marketing, and social media platforms
  • Collaborate with internal and external content creators to produce technical guides, case studies, newsletters, and product spotlights
  • Maintain and grow CRM database to support segmentation and targeting
  • Support product launches with tailored marketing collateral and promotional strategies
  • Work closely with procurement and sales teams to communicate product benefits, technical specs, and pricing advantages
  • Ensure consistency of brand voice, visual identity, and messaging across all channels
  • Manage internal communications on product and marketing initiatives

Key Responsibilities:

The successful candidate will be responsible for:

  • Developing and implementing annual marketing plans in line with business objectives
  • Identifying market opportunities, trends, and customer needs in this sector
  • Leading brand positioning initiatives to strengthen competitive differentiation
  • Designing and managing integrated marketing campaigns across digital print, events, and trade shows
  • Monitoring and optimizing campaign performance using KPIs such as lead conversion rates and ROI

Requirements:

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • Degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field
  • Minimum 5 years of marketing experience, preferably within the construction, manufacturing, or industrial distribution sector
  • Proven ability to manage multi-channel campaigns and deliver measurable results
  • Strong grasp of B2B digital marketing tactics, content creation, and SEO/SEM
  • Experience with marketing automation tools (e.g. HubSpot, Mailchimp), CRM systems, and Google Analytics
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Competitive self-starter, comfortable in a fast-paced dynamic environment
  • Confident, resilient, and adaptable
