Job Title: Multi-Brand Beauty Expert

Luxury beauty brands are seeking a highly skilled professional to join their team in Cork. This exciting role offers the opportunity to work with premium products, deliver exceptional customer experiences, and drive retail performance.

  • Product Knowledge and Storytelling: Develop strong product knowledge, immerse customers into brand heritage, and offer tailored product recommendations to meet customer needs.
  • Brand Excellence: Act as a luxury brand ambassador, providing a luxurious customer experience through personalized service and merchandising standards.
  • Trend Awareness: Maintain a strong understanding of the latest makeup, skincare, and wellness trends to provide expert advice and personalized recommendations.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Sales Performance: Consistently achieve individual and counter sales goals as agreed with your line manager.
  • Customer Relationships: Proactively build authentic relationships with customers, both instore and through digital channels, fostering loyalty and repeat business.
  • Event Promotion: Inform new and existing customers about upcoming in-store events, promotions, and brand activations.
  • Engaging Experiences: Design and execute innovative, engaging events and animations that drive customer interest and excitement for luxury brands.
  • Brand Advocacy: Passionately represent luxury brands and share expertise on internal and external social media platforms, adhering to company guidelines.
Operational Excellence:
  • Teamwork and Training: Actively participate in team efforts and complete all required training programs to maintain up-to-date product knowledge and brand expertise.
  • Administrative Tasks: Diligently complete daily and weekly administrative tasks using designated platforms.
  • Counter Standards: Uphold the highest standards of hygiene and housekeeping, ensuring a clean, organized, and inviting counter environment.
