  3. Provide exceptional candidate experiences, ensuring they are well-matched to job roles and thoroughly informed throughout the hiring journey.
About This Role:
  • 5+ years of experience in talent acquisition, recruitment, or related HR functions.
  • Fluency in English and professional working proficiency in French, German, or Dutch.
  • Strong analytical skills: Ability to evaluate candidate data and provide insights to inform recruitment decisions.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build rapport with candidates and stakeholders.
  • Proven track record of delivering results and meeting recruitment goals within established timelines.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities and requirements.
