
Highly Motivated Audit Professional Wanted

**Job Overview**
We are seeking a highly motivated and ambitious Audit Associate to join our team. As an Audit Associate, you will play a key role in delivering high-quality auditing services to our clients.
The ideal candidate will have started and be on track to achieve ACA or ACCA qualifications, with at least 1-2 years' experience working in practice. They will possess excellent attention to detail and technical skills, as well as strong verbal and written communication skills.
Main Responsibilities:
- Complete audit fieldwork and planned substantive and analytical audit procedures, either remotely or on site at client premises.
- Assist in planning and completing audit assignments, ensuring audit files have appropriate and sufficient documentation.
- Prepare statutory financial statements from client data and highlight high-level risk areas or matters of concern to the Partner/Manager.
- Plan the execution and finalisation of the audit assignments for Partner/Manager review.
- Deliver the highest quality auditing services to our clients.
- Collaborate as part of a team to plan engagement objectives and an audit strategy that complies with professional standards and appropriately addresses risk.
- Develop and maintain proactive working relationships with your audit clients, ensuring they are informed and always satisfied, not just during the audit process but throughout the year.
- Research and solve technical queries from clients.
- Assist in the preparation and reviews of financial statements in full compliance with Irish GAAP.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Started and on track to achieve ACA or ACCA qualifications.
- At least 1-2 years' experience working in practice.
- Excellent attention to detail and technical skills.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Knowledge of business trends, emerging technical and industry developments.
- An effective and motivated team player.
- Self-starter who can critically analyze and assess information.
