Job Role Summary
Staff Nurse PositionWe are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Staff Nurse to join our healthcare team. As a Staff Nurse, you will play a vital role in delivering high-quality patient care in a supportive environment.
Main Responsibilities- Utilize your assessment skills and techniques to identify patient needs on admission.
- Accurately document the nursing admission assessment.
- Ongoingly assess patient condition and update the plan of care accordingly.
- Determine the need for patient/family instruction and develop a comprehensive plan.
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care delivery.
You must possess a detailed understanding of An Bord Altranais Guidelines for Nurses documents and be aware of the policies, procedures, and legal requirements outlined in these documents.
Prioritize care based on nursing/medical patient problems and provide safe, comprehensive nursing care within established guidelines.
The Ideal Candidate Profile- Must hold a Nursing Qualification and valid ABA PIN.
- Previous experience working as a Staff Nurse in a nursing home setting is highly desirable.
- All successful candidates will undergo Garda vetting.
- Good knowledge of HIQA Standards is essential.
- Florent English language proficiency (written and oral) is required.
- Must be permitted to work full-time in Ireland.
