Job Description

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Retail Store Manager to oversee the commercial and operational management of our stores. The ideal candidate will have a strong leadership presence, excellent communication skills, and the ability to motivate and develop their team members.

Key Responsibilities
  • Oversight of store operations, including sales, customer service, and inventory management.
  • Management of a team of sales associates, providing coaching, training, and development opportunities.
  • Development and implementation of in-store activities to drive sales and engagement.
  • Maintenance of visual merchandising standards and brand image.
