The Ideal Candidate

We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced caseworker who can deliver high-quality, autism-informed support to individuals with autism. The ideal candidate will have:
  • Essential qualifications: Level 7 qualification in Social Care/Studies or equivalent
  • Essential criteria: At least one-year recent experience in the social services sector, ability to promote independence, understanding of the New Directions Model of Service Delivery, full, clean driver's licence and access to own car for travelling to various locations
  • Desirable criteria: Experience of supporting individuals with a diagnosis of ASD and knowledge of Autism, experience of case management, awareness of areas such as mental health, homelessness, addiction, and social disadvantage within the Irish context
