As a Production Planner at Pilgrims Europe, you will be integral to our supply chain team in Enniskillen. Your primary responsibilities will include:
Key Accountabilities- Document planning standards, set benchmarks, and confirm standard work daily.
- Create and maintain master performance data sets for all SKUs and processes.
- Identify key problem areas and establish targets to enhance planning effectiveness.
- Analyse data to make problems visible, quantifiable, and guide decisions.
- Optimise planning systems to drive effective and efficient planning, scheduling, and material call-offs.
- Collaborate with the Operations team to root cause and countermeasure repeat problems.
In this role, you will leverage your expertise in production planning and scheduling to drive optimisation within our operations. You will also utilise your analytical and problem-solving skills to inform decision-making.
To excel in this position, you should possess:Essential Skills and Experience
- Experience in FMCG industry, preferably in a planning or scheduling role.
- Understanding of OPEX and its application in optimising production schedules.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to influence multiple levels of the site and customers.
- Advanced Excel capabilities.
