Electrical Maintenance Specialist Wanted

About the Role:

We are seeking a skilled Electrical Maintenance Specialist to join our team in a fast-paced, automated environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Diagnose and resolve faults on automated production lines and ancillary systems.
  • Monitor and maintain performance of processing and packaging equipment.
  • Conduct root cause analysis and communicate findings to relevant teams.
  • Perform and document planned preventative maintenance.
  • Support installation and commissioning of new equipment.
  • Uphold quality standards across the production and maintenance areas.
  • Engage in ongoing training and cross-skilling initiatives.

Critical Requirements:

  • 5+ years' post-apprenticeship experience in a manufacturing setting.
  • Strong mechanical or electrical background; food/FMCG experience preferred.
  • Proven ability in fault finding, problem solving, and working independently.
  • Relevant trade or diploma qualifications.
  • Willingness to work a flexible schedule.
