Electrical Maintenance Specialist

We are seeking an experienced Electrical Maintenance Specialist to join our team at our facility in Wexford. This is a permanent, full-time role that requires adaptability and cross-skilled expertise in a fast-paced, automated environment.
Key Responsibilities:- Diagnostics and resolution of faults on automated production lines and ancillary systems.
- Monitoring and maintenance of processing and packaging equipment performance.
- Root cause analysis and communication of findings to relevant teams.
- Planned preventative maintenance (PPM) and documentation.
- Support for the installation and commissioning of new equipment.
- Maintenance of quality standards across production and maintenance areas.
- Ongoing training and cross-skilling initiatives participation.
- Minimum 5 years post-apprenticeship experience in a manufacturing setting.
- Strong mechanical or electrical background; food/FMCG experience preferred.
- Fault finding, problem solving, and independent work ability proven.
- Relevant trade or diploma qualifications held.
- Flexibility to work a 5-over-7-day schedule.
