As a senior manager of design and delivery, you will lead high-performance teams to deliver complex civil and environmental projects on time and within expectations.
Main Responsibilities:- Leading cross-functional teams to ensure timely, high-quality, and cost-effective project outcomes
- Mentoring, supporting, and developing staff across levels
- Preparing high-standard technical reports and documentation
- Planning and coordinating design activities in collaboration with directors
- Evaluating work against quality standards and relevant regulations
- Fostering effective communication among team members
- Nurturing strong client relationships through clear and consistent project communications
- Bachelor's or master's degree in Civil and/or Environmental Engineering or related field, with Chartered Engineer status
- A minimum of 15 years' experience in design and project management roles
- Proven track record in managing diverse teams and stakeholders
- Experience in engaging with clients, external partners, and consultants
- Expertise in budgeting and financial management
- Strong communication, organizational, and analytical skills
- Collaborative approach with a focus on teamwork and problem-solving
