Job Description

We are seeking a skilled professional to join our team as a Recruitment Coordinator. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who is highly organized, has excellent communication skills, and is able to prioritize multiple tasks simultaneously.

The successful candidate will be responsible for scheduling and confirming interviews, maintaining candidate records, managing phone calls and inquiries from candidates or internal employees, and supporting recruiters as needed.

This role requires the ability to work in a fast-paced environment, think critically, and facilitate the interview process for experienced candidates. The ideal candidate will have experience as an assistant/coordinator or in event planning, coordination, or a similar role.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Schedule and confirm interviews with candidates, hiring managers, and interviewers.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate records in our Applicant Tracking System.
  • Manage phone calls and inquiries from candidates or internal employees in a professional and timely manner.
  • Support recruiters as needed, including attending presentations, conferences, and special events.
  • Perform additional projects such as reporting and data analysis.

Essential Skills: 

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
  • Impeccable attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent organizational skills and ability to multitask across multiple projects.
  • Demonstrable time management ability.
  • Good working knowledge of MS Office applications (Word, Outlook, Excel).

Desirable Skills: 

  • Experience in recruiting or a related field.
  • Knowledge of applicant tracking systems.
  • Ability to learn quickly and adapt to new processes.
