About the Role

We are seeking a skilled professional to provide compassionate support and assistance to clients in achieving their goals and enhancing their health, self-care, education, community engagement, and overall well-being.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support clients from diverse backgrounds by providing emotional and practical support, helping them navigate life challenges, and promoting independence and self-sufficiency.
  • Maintain compliance with organisational policies, complete mandatory training, and adhere to health and safety standards to ensure a safe and healthy environment for clients.
  • Accurately log and record interventions with clients, ensuring clear communication within the team to deliver high-quality services.
  • Be flexible and willing to adapt to changing client and service needs.
Essential Requirements
  • Hold a minimum of a QQI Level 5 Major Award in Health Service Skills (5M3782) or Healthcare Support (5M4339).
  • Possess 1-year relevant experience in a similar role in a care setting, preferably working with vulnerable populations.
  • Hold a valid full driver's licence and have access to a vehicle for business use.
