About this role:

We are seeking a skilled Facilities Maintenance Expert to join our team. In this critical position, you will be responsible for managing the overall lifecycle of capital assets, from design to decommissioning.

You will oversee all maintenance operations, including routine inspections and emergency repairs, ensuring every piece of machinery is in top working condition.

This role requires strong collaboration across teams and departments, promoting a culture of safety and efficiency within the team.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Holding yourself and others accountable for delivering results on time and right first time.
  • Identifying and developing team members for future progression.
  • Driving a culture of compliance to all safety and quality regulations.
  • Implementing Lean /Continuous Improvement /Optimisation initiatives using lean tools including A3 problem solving.

The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or equivalent discipline, with a minimum of 10 years relevant experience in Engineering.

Prior experience in a Dairy/Food Process Engineering role is desirable, or extensive experience with Evaporators and Spray Dryers.

Responsibilities:

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or equivalent discipline.
