- Develop and deliver winning bids by crafting high-quality tender responses, completing PQQs, and creating engaging PowerPoint presentations.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather relevant information and ensure cohesive and accurate submissions.
- Write, proofread, and edit bid responses, PQQs, and PowerPoint presentations to ensure clarity, consistency, and alignment with company branding.
- Maintain a database of standard responses, templates, and case studies to improve efficiency and consistency in future bids.
- Assist in reviewing client feedback to refine future bids and improve the overall success rate.
- 2+ years' experience in a similar role, such as technical bid writing or content creation.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Communications, English, or a related field is preferable.
- Proven ability to write and deliver compelling, client-focused proposals under tight deadlines.
- Excellent IT literacy, including proficiency in MS Office and experience using Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
- Familiarity with CRM systems and bid management tools is advantageous.
- Exceptional communication and writing skills, with the ability to craft clear, concise, and persuasive content.
- Strong English-language skills are essential for this role.
