Social Care Worker

">About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Social Care Worker to join our team. As a key member of our care delivery service, you will work closely with individuals with intellectual disabilities, providing person-centered care in a supportive and inclusive environment.

Your primary responsibility will be to deliver exceptional quality care, ensuring the physical, emotional, and social needs of our residents are met. You will work collaboratively with our multidisciplinary team to develop and implement personalized care plans that promote independence, dignity, and choice.

">Required Qualifications and Skills:
  • A qualification at level 7 on the National Framework of Qualifications in Social Care, Social Work, Youth Work, Teaching, Nursing, Childcare with disability modules (or other relevant discipline)
  • Experience working in a residential, respite, or day service setting with people with intellectual disabilities
  • CORU Registration as a Social Care Worker
