  • We are seeking an accomplished IT professional to lead our global IT strategy and build a cutting-edge infrastructure across multiple countries.

    ">

  • This strategic role will involve developing and implementing IT solutions, configuring and managing corporate networks, deploying Microsoft 365 / Azure AD, and organizing secure remote access.

    ">

  • You will be responsible for managing servers, data storage, and backup systems, as well as setting up and maintaining corporate telephony.

    ">

  • A key aspect of this role will be implementing and enforcing cybersecurity policies, monitoring and responding to incidents, and ensuring compliance with ISO 27001, GDPR, NIS2, and OT/SCADA security requirements.

    ">

  • Additionally, you will roll out collaboration platforms, manage external IT providers and vendors, and build and lead an IT support/helpdesk function.

  • You will also support project-related IT needs, such as engineering software, secure data exchange, and remote commissioning access.

Requirements

  • ">

  • 5+ years of professional IT experience with expertise in international companies or distributed (multi-country) IT infrastructures.

    ">

  • Strong knowledge of networks (SD-WAN, VLAN, VPN, firewalls), Microsoft 365 / Azure AD, and cybersecurity systems.

    ">

  • Proven track record in building IT infrastructure from scratch and scaling it, with understanding of OT/SCADA and industrial systems security.

    ">

  • Knowledge of international standards: ISO 27001, IEC 62443, GDPR, NIS2.

    ">

  • Strong project and vendor management skills, excellent communication and organizational skills, and fluency in English (mandatory).
