Job Opportunity: Client Relationship Manager

The Client Relationship Manager will be responsible for managing a portfolio of financial lines clients, identifying client's risk needs and utilizing the best of Aon's wider offering for our clients.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Deliver excellence in client relationships, retention and growth of existing accounts and provide robust client promise and development plans.
  • Manage and grow a portfolio of Professional Indemnity, Directors & Officers Liability, Cyber Liability and other financial lines accounts within a broking environment.
  • Management of clients' renewals, queries and mid-term adjustments from start to finish.
  • Providing technical advice and assistance as required to colleagues across a range of financial lines products.

In addition to your responsibilities, you will work with the leadership team to enhance and promote key 'cultural' characteristics of the wider team. You will also develop and support more junior members of the team through coaching and mentoring and acting as a role model for Aon United behaviours.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone who is autonomous and eager to manage clients from cradle to grave. Joining this team will provide exposure to working in the largest dedicated Professional Services team, where you can grow and learn whilst working in a complex global matrix environment.

Requirements:
  • A number of years' experience within a commercial environment (Financial Lines experience preferential).
  • Progress towards the Chartered Insurance Institute examinations (ACII), with a minimum achievement of CIP.
  • A proven track record in delivering results, product innovation, negotiating renewal deals, securing new clients, and jeopardy account management.
  • Thorough understanding of financial lines products.
  • Strong communicator and influencer – ability to effectively communicate, present and adjust messages accordingly to a variety of audiences.
