Job Title: Guest Service Professional

We are seeking a Guest Service Professional to join our team. This role is responsible for delivering exceptional guest experiences and maintaining the highest standards of cleanliness in our hotel bedrooms, bathrooms, and public areas.

About the Role

This is a full-time position that requires working Monday to Sunday, with varying shifts including weekends. As a Guest Service Professional, you will be part of a diverse team that delivers 5-star accommodation standards.

  • You will report to Accommodation Supervisors and Managers.
  • Your main responsibilities will include cleaning hotel bedrooms, bathrooms, and public areas, as well as greeting guests in a friendly and professional manner.
Key Responsibilities
  1. Cleaning hotel bedrooms, bathrooms, and public areas to maintain the highest standards of cleanliness.
  2. Greeting guests in a friendly and professional manner, providing excellent customer service at all times.
  3. Reporting to Accommodation Supervisors and Managers, receiving feedback, and adjusting your work accordingly.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Previous experience working in a similar environment.
  • A natural ability to provide excellent customer service and work effectively in a team.
  • Strong organisational skills, with excellent attention to detail.
  • An ability to work on your own initiative or as part of a team.
  • A friendly, chatty, and outgoing personality.
  • High-level verbal and written English language skills.
