Job Description:

Our ideal candidate will be a seasoned professional with exceptional leadership skills, looking to take on a challenging role in Housing Services Management. As the successful candidate, you will be responsible for leading a dynamic team of professionals who provide high-quality customer-focused housing management services.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead and motivate the Housing Services Team to achieve excellent customer service and meet regulatory standards
  • Develop and implement effective housing policies and procedures
  • Work closely with internal teams to ensure timely delivery of housing services within budget
  • Provide motivational leadership and support to line managers and their teams
  • Manage performance at both an individual and service level, identifying and monitoring risks associated with service delivery
