We are seeking a skilled HVAC Equipment Specialist to join our team. As an entry-level service position, this role offers comprehensive training, career advancement opportunities, and a performance-based incentive program.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone with mechanical aptitude and exceptional customer service skills. The successful candidate will have a genuine desire to assist customers and educate them on repairs and products available to meet their needs.

The ideal candidate will possess the following qualifications:

  • A valid driver's license and insurable driving record
  • 6 months of experience or combination of education and experience
  • Mechanical skills/aptitude
  • Excellent customer service skills
  • Universal EPA Certification or acquire within 6 months of employment
  • Ability to perform preventative maintenance and basic troubleshooting skills

The successful candidate will be responsible for:

  • Maintenance and tune-ups on residential heating and air conditioning systems
  • Providing exceptional customer service
  • Educating customers on the benefits of preventative maintenance and Indoor Air Quality products and services.

We offer a competitive compensation package, including a pay scale of $18.00 - $25.00 per hour, depending on experience, plus performance incentives. We also provide a range of benefits, including medical insurance, dental insurance, vision insurance, and a retirement plan.
