Job Title: Senior Construction Supervisor

About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Construction Supervisor to join our team. As a key member of our project management team, you will be responsible for the day-to-day running of a section of the project from 2nd fix to handover.

Responsibilities:

  • Work closely with the site team members and sub-contractors to ensure the smooth execution of projects.
  • Assist the Site Manager in planning and coordinating construction activities.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, architects, engineers, and other stakeholders.
  • Maintain accurate records of project progress, including schedules, budgets, and quality control metrics.
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant health and safety regulations and company policies.

Requirements:

  • Trade qualified with a preference for a time served carpenter.
  • At least 8 years total experience, with a minimum of 2 years in a supervisor position.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills, strong oral and written communication skills.
  • IT skills.
  • Ability to work to strict schedules.
