We are seeking a seasoned project manager to spearhead the implementation and optimization of HR and payroll solutions.

This role demands a unique blend of leadership skills, stakeholder engagement, data analysis, and change management expertise to deliver scalable, compliant, and user-centric HR technology solutions.

As a project management consultant, you will be responsible for leading and managing the full project life cycle of HR and payroll system implementation for our clients.

You will provide effective management to teams and offer guidance to our clients and their teams throughout the project lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage the entire lifecycle of HRIS and Payroll implementation projects from planning through post-go-live support.
  • Develop and maintain detailed project plans, ensuring alignment with regulatory timelines, internal controls, and business objectives.
  • Lead risk management, issue resolution, and change control processes, ensuring transparency and accountability.
  • Monitor implementation progress, report on project milestones, and support post-launch issue resolution.
  • Examine relationships between problems and issues, continually probe and initiate research to identify critical problems.
  • Establish clear goals and priorities needed to assess performance.
  • Identify, quantify, and manage issues impacting delivery of projects.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or other related field, or equivalent work experience.
  • Excellent client-facing skills – excellent communications, stakeholder management, and engagement.
  • People management skills – able to build connections, collaborate, and lead teams.
  • Teamwork and emotional intelligence – collaborative, understanding, and adaptable.
