Job Title: Senior Technical Lead

Role Summary:
A seasoned professional with exceptional leadership skills, responsible for overseeing site operations and ensuring compliance with specifications and quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:
• Oversee site works to ensure timely execution and adherence to project timelines.
• Conduct regular site inspections to identify potential issues and implement corrective actions.
• Coordinate with design teams, subcontractors, and site management to obtain necessary information and ensure smooth communication across all project stakeholders.
• Develop and maintain accurate site records, including personnel, progress, delays, and quality control documentation.
• Ensure timely procurement of materials and availability of resources to execute works efficiently and avoid delays.

Requirements:
• Proven experience in technical leadership roles, with a strong track record of delivering projects on time and within budget.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to lead cross-functional teams and collaborate effectively with stakeholders.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and implement effective solutions to complex problems.
