Job Title: Senior Technical Project Lead
We're looking for an experienced Technical Project Manager to lead our payments and cards-related projects. If you have strong consultative experience in this space and enjoy working on complex, high-impact environments, this could be a great fit.
Key Responsibilities:- Lead the technical delivery of payments/cards projects, ensuring they're delivered on time and to a high standard.
- Work closely with solution architects, product owners, and engineering teams to drive project success.
- Manage project plans, track progress, and handle any scope or budget changes effectively.
- Oversee development and testing of payment systems while staying ahead of industry trends.
- Support and mentor team members to create a strong, collaborative environment.
- At least 8 years' experience in technical project management, specifically within payments or cards.
- Strong stakeholder management skills, with experience working across business and technology teams.
- Familiarity with IT software development lifecycle (SDLC) methodologies, including Waterfall & Agile.
- A solid understanding of payment processing systems, payments architecture, and industry regulations.
- Familiarity with European payment schemes (e.g., SEPA).
- A proven track record of delivering complex technical projects on time and within budget.
- Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Mid-Senior level position in a dynamic team.
