Senior Road Infrastructure Manager

Are you passionate about managing road infrastructure projects and contributing to the development of a safe, efficient, and sustainable transportation network? We are seeking an experienced Senior Road Infrastructure Manager to join our team and lead the delivery of complex road projects.


Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and manage project teams to deliver high-quality road infrastructure projects on time, within budget, and to the required standards.
  • Develop and implement project management plans, including schedules, budgets, and resource allocation.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders, including clients, contractors, and government agencies, to ensure effective communication and issue resolution.
  • Monitor and control project progress, identifying and mitigating risks, and implementing corrective actions as necessary.
  • Provide technical guidance and support to project teams, ensuring that they have the necessary skills and knowledge to deliver projects successfully.

Requirements
  • Degree qualified in civil engineering or a related field.
  • Extensive experience in road infrastructure project management, preferably with a focus on roads and highways.
  • Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire project teams.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
  • Proven track record of delivering complex projects on time, within budget, and to the required standards.
  • Familiarity with relevant laws, regulations, and industry standards, including UK and Irish Roads standards.
