Leadership Opportunity in Traffic Management

This is an exceptional opportunity to lead a team of professionals and contribute to building safer, smarter infrastructure for the communities we serve.

  • Plan and coordinate traffic management operations to ensure safe and efficient flow around work zones
  • Supervise and manage traffic management teams, including assigning tasks and monitoring performance
  • Ensure compliance with all traffic safety regulations, standards, and procedures
  • Continuously evaluate and improve traffic management strategies to enhance safety and efficiency
  • Conduct site inspections to identify potential hazards and implement corrective measures
  • Attend training sessions to stay up-to-date with traffic management procedures and legislation

As a successful candidate, you will have:

  • Safe Pass
  • Manual Handling
  • SLG
  • 6 months' experience in traffic management or civil works
  • Strong leadership and communication skills
  • Ability to follow and enforce safety procedures
  • A proactive, can-do attitude and team spirit

Bonus Skills (Desirable):

  • Full clean B & C EU or Irish Drivers Licence
  • CSCS: Signing & Lighting, Mini Digger, Dumper
  • Experience in traffic management or construction work
  • Experience supervising crews or managing small projects
  • Familiarity with roadworks or infrastructure environments
