Hibernia Services Limited is seeking an experienced Enterprise Programme Manager to lead the delivery of Oracle HCM Cloud solutions. As a key member of our Solution Delivery team, you will oversee the end-to-end implementation of cutting-edge HR technology solutions across our multifaceted enterprise.
The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of successfully managing large-scale technology programmes, particularly within the Oracle ecosystem. They will lead integrated project teams composed of internal business and technology stakeholders, as well as external vendors, ensuring seamless execution of programmes that enhance workforce management and HR operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Programme Leadership: Oversee the end-to-end implementation of Oracle HCM Cloud solutions, ensuring alignment with strategic business objectives.
- Project Planning & Execution: Develop and maintain comprehensive programme plans and manage dependencies, driving execution from initiation through to post-implementation.
- Risk & Issue Management: Identify risks and issues proactively, implementing innovative solutions to keep projects on track.
- Stakeholder Engagement: Act as the key point of contact for senior HR and IT stakeholders, ensuring transparency, alignment, and effective communication throughout the programme lifecycle.
The successful candidate will be a seasoned professional with 10+ years of experience in technology project environments, including at least 5 years in a leadership role. They will possess strong stakeholder management skills, with the ability to engage and influence senior leadership.
