Job Title: Senior Corporate Communications Specialist

About the Role:

The ideal candidate will have exceptional writing and editing skills, experience with various communications platforms and best practices, and strong knowledge of communication principles and techniques.

Responsibilities include overseeing the execution of across-the-board communications projects, showcasing the company brand identity, and ensuring it is depicted coherently in all cross-functional projects undertaken with various units.

Additional responsibilities include writing or supervising the writing of internal and external communications materials, proposing and deciding on distribution materials/channels, objectives, and budget, and implementing tools to periodically measure the impact of actions carried out.

Key Skills and Qualifications:

  • Exceptional writing and editing skills
  • Experience with various communications platforms and best practices
  • Strong knowledge of communication principles and techniques
  • Ability to create, implement, and oversee communications programs
  • Proficiency in MS Office, familiarity with design software (Photoshop, InDesign) is a plus
  • Sc/BA in Public Relations, Communications, or relevant field desirable

Minimum Requirements:

  • Proven experience in communications at Manager level
  • French language desirable

Other Key Responsibilities:

Coordinate and update the local Intranet, write and disseminate content made available on the local Intranet, oversee maintenance and updates for the Intranet, identify technical malfunctions and help resolve them in collaboration with the IT team, organize and manage all types of small- or large-scale events for audiences inside and outside the company from the concept phase to event execution within allotted budgets and times.
