Design Process Supervisor for Large-Scale Projects

We are looking for an experienced Project Supervisor for the Design Process to support our clients in carrying out their duties under the Safety, Health and Welfare at Work (Construction) Regulations 2013. This is a challenging and rewarding role that requires a high level of technical competence and strong communication skills.
The key responsibilities of this role include:
- Developing and implementing project-level PSDP compliance strategies
- Collaborating with clients to identify and obtain necessary pre-construction information
- Creating preliminary health and safety plans and sharing them with the project supervisor for the construction stage
- Maintaining close relationships with designers and constructors to ensure safe design practices
As a successful candidate, you will have a deep understanding of the principles of prevention and health and safety legislation in Ireland. You will also possess strong analytical and problem-solving skills, as well as the ability to communicate complex ideas effectively.
