The successful candidate will be responsible for providing legal advice to various cross-functional teams within the organization, including Finance, Tax, Sales and Operations, and Engineering. This is an exciting opportunity for a talented lawyer to play a pivotal role in supporting the continued growth of the Servicenow business.

What You Will Do

  • Provide legal advice to various cross-functional teams within Servicenow, including Finance, Tax, Sales and Operations, and Engineering;
  • Support our wider Legal teams, with a particular emphasis on Servicenow's expansion of our go-to-market offering using Hyperscaler architecture, including in new markets;
  • Develop strong knowledge of various business models and contractual arrangements utilized by Servicenow (e.g. direct sales, resellers, partners, etc.);
  • Proactively deliver legal services to build and enhance Servicenow's business in EMEA, APJ and other regions around the world;
  • Support corporate matters for Servicenow's corporate structure, including inter-company loans, dividends, capital injections, intra-group contractual arrangements and project-driven activities, including restructurings, M&A integration and international treasury related activities;
  • Assist the wider Corporate Legal team as required with matters for Servicenow's international subsidiaries including governance, board meetings, corporate filings, reporting and other requirements.
