Job Description

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Customer Success Advocate to join our team.

The ideal candidate will have a strong track record of driving customer success, growth, and adoption within the EMEA region.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Onboard New Customers
    • Introduce them to resources available via webinars and personalized engagements
  • Drive Adoption
    • Serve as a customer advocate and advise on product deployment and adoption
  • Provide Proactive Guidance
    • Drive customers to enhance their ServiceNow experience
  • Collaborate with Internal Teams
    • Identify opportunities and resolve issues
  • Support Customers
    • Attend workshops on governance, adoption models, internal champions, and platform maturity
  • Escalate Customer Issues
    • Leverage company resources and maintain high engagement levels
What You'll Do:
  • Attend an in-person ServiceNow Onboarding Academy to learn about products and systems used to drive customer success
  • Manage a Large Portfolio of EMEA customers and be responsible for overall health and adoption metrics
  • Serve as the trusted advisor to your customers, providing prescriptive guidance on leveraging the platform to meet their goals
  • Complete engagements focused on Customer Onboarding, Driving Product Adoption, and bi-yearly customer check-ins
  • Engage in cross-functional partnerships within the regional hub to deliver seamless customer experiences
  • Contribute to thought leadership by developing case studies, customer success assets, and best practices
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Proven track record of driving customer success and growth
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team
  • Knowledge of ServiceNow products and systems
  • Experience working with customers and stakeholders
