We are looking for a highly organized and customer-focused individual to join our team as an Office Administrator. This is a permanent, full-time position that offers a competitive salary up to €40,000, plus pension and health insurance contribution.

In this role, you will be responsible for processing customer orders, managing the invoicing process, and providing timely quotes to customers. You will also handle incoming calls, welcome visitors, and maintain detailed records of customer interactions.

**Key Responsibilities:**

  1. Manage customer orders and invoices, ensuring alignment with proof of delivery (POD) documentation.
  2. Provide accurate and timely quotes to customers.
  3. Handle customer inquiries via phone and email.
  4. Ensure seamless communication between sales, warehouse, and administrative teams.
  5. Prepare and publish sales reports as required.

**Requirements and Qualifications:**

  • At least 5 years of experience in customer service.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong organizational abilities and problem-solving skills.
  • Familiarity with SAP B1 integrated accounting software is advantageous.
