  • Conduct all services such as pre-booked appointments and walk-ins, delivering a premium experience to customers
  • Provide exceptional customer service, sharing knowledge and expertise with each customer interaction
  • Embed the company's values and brand identity throughout the counter operations, fostering a positive and engaging atmosphere
  • Ensure alignment with business objectives, targets, and key performance indicators, addressing underperformance and seeking support when necessary
  • Collaborate with the Business Manager to drive daily, monthly, and quarterly counter operations, creating a results-driven environment
  • Utilize HR systems for reporting and employee file management
  • Support with 121s and reviews, championing team ambitions and progress
Requirements
  • Proven leadership experience, preferably in a fast-paced retail environment
  • Passionate about makeup and skincare, with a deep understanding of industry trends
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to adapt to diverse personalities and situations
  • Positive attitude, punctuality, and organizational skills
  • Ability to work towards and exceed key performance indicators
