Job Title: Pharmacist Leadership Position in Laois

We are seeking an experienced and skilled Supervising Pharmacist to lead our team in Laois. This is a unique opportunity to work in a fast-paced environment and contribute to the growth and development of our organization.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Operate the dispensary in accordance with legal responsibilities pertaining to pharmacy, ensuring high standards of patient care and safety.
  • Exercise sound judgment and decision-making skills in accordance with laws, ethics, and codes of practice as laid down by the Irish Pharmaceutical Society.
  • Provide excellent customer service, delivering a safe and efficient dispensing service that meets customer expectations.
  • Ensure the effective delivery of medicines to customers, maintaining accurate records and adhering to regulatory requirements.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with local doctors and health professionals, fostering collaboration and communication.
  • Proactively identify opportunities for business growth, developing strategies to increase market share and revenue.
Requirements:
  • Must be 3 years qualified, holding a PSI-approved Pharmacy Qualification and registered with the Pharmaceutical Society of Ireland.
  • Ability to handle high-volume dispensing, working efficiently under pressure to meet deadlines.
Benefits:
