Job Title: Lead Pharmacist

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced pharmacist to lead our dispensary team. As a key member of our store management, you will be responsible for the day-to-day operations of the dispensary, including stock management, purchasing, ordering, and ensuring compliance with controlled drugs regulations.

The successful candidate will also be responsible for driving business growth within the dispensary and store, as well as delivering exceptional customer service at all times. To achieve this, you will need to be highly organized, have excellent attention to detail, and be able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

We are looking for a professional who is capable of working independently, has strong communication skills, and can build effective relationships with colleagues and customers. Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead the dispensary team and ensure smooth day-to-day operations
  • Manage stock levels, including purchasing, ordering, and inventory control
  • Ensure compliance with controlled drugs regulations
  • Drive business growth within the dispensary and store
  • Deliver exceptional customer service at all times
Requirements:
  • MBA degree or equivalent experience in pharmacy management
  • Proven track record of success in a similar role
  • Strong leadership and communication skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
