Job Overview

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide exceptional support to clients by responding to their inquiries in a timely and empathetic manner.
  • Develop and maintain in-depth knowledge of client products and community standards to ensure informed decision-making.
  • Makes well-balanced decisions and serves as an effective advocate for the community.
Requirements
  • Strong interpersonal skills, verbal and written communication skills, and empathy are essential for success in this role.
  • The ability to display a strong bias towards doing what's right and making decisions that benefit the community is crucial.
  • You should also possess the ability to investigate and resolve issues reported on the client's platform, including requests for account support and reports of potentially abusive content.
