The role of Sales and Distribution Lead is pivotal in ensuring seamless order management, regulatory compliance, and exceptional customer experience across the pharmaceutical distribution network.
This position requires the ability to establish governance frameworks, policies, and stewardship models across all sales and distribution domains.
Sales and Distribution Strategy & Governance- Establish governance frameworks, policies, and stewardship models across all SD domains, including pricing, rebates, order fulfilment, and returns.
- Lead the SD workstream within the SAP S/4HANA Cloud ERP programme.
- Collaborate with SAP consultants, commercial teams, and technical stakeholders to define pricing models, order types, delivery processes, and integration points.
- Ensure order management processes comply with GDP and GxP regulations.
- Oversee order booking, ATP configuration, delivery scheduling, and returns processing.
- Implement controls for audit trails, electronic signatures, and customer master data integrity.
- Serve as the primary liaison between commercial, regulatory, and IT teams for all SD-related matters.
- Facilitate workshops and training sessions to promote process ownership and regulatory compliance.
- Monitor and report on order fulfilment KPIs, driving continuous improvement initiatives.
- Provide SD insights to support finance, logistics, and customer service teams in optimising operations.
