Order Management and Estimation Coordinator">

This position involves coordinating the work in progress, reviewing customer requests and project documents, and supporting both manufacturing and estimating processes. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, organized, and able to work cooperatively with various personalities.

Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate work in progress assigned to the team">
  • Review submittals, hardware schedules, cut sheets, or other related information from customers and project managers">
  • Review customer requests for quotes and propose solutions">
  • Work closely with the site manager and sales team to ensure seamless communication">
  • Plan, organize, coordinate, data entry, and preparation of manufacturing documents and proposals">

Requirements:

  • College degree preferred">
  • Typically requires 2-5 years of relevant experience in hollow metal or hardware">
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team">
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills">
