Job Summary\

We are seeking a skilled and passionate Fragrance Adviser to join our retail team. As a Fragrance Adviser, you will play a key role in delivering exceptional customer service and providing expert advice on perfumes and fragrances.

Key Responsibilities\

  • Provide expert advice on perfumes and fragrances to customers, ensuring they receive exceptional customer service.\
  • Work closely with the management team to achieve store targets and drive sales growth.\
  • Ensure the fragrance counter and wider store is well merchandised and presented to a high standard.\
  • Support the development of colleagues through training and mentoring.\
  • Participate in supporting the piercing services for customers (training provided).\
  • Flexible working hours and adaptability to change.\
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.\
  • Passionate about perfume and fragrance, with a desire to learn and improve knowledge/skills.\
  • Confident and clear communication skills.\
  • Experience or interest in fragrance.\
  • Desire to learn and improve your knowledge/skills in fragrance.\
  • Willingness to carry out piercing services for our customers (training provided) (optional).\
  • Flexible in working hours and adaptable to change.\
