Serving Excellence Lead

The objective of this role is to provide world-class support to customers through continuous learning and focused problem-solving. This will be achieved by coaching, managing, and motivating a team of customer operations specialists.
Key Responsibilities:- Directly coach and manage a team in line with company and client requirements.
- Ensure adherence to agreed processes and policies for assurance of high-quality servicing.
- Motivate the team to provide best-in-class service by developing a positive working environment based on open communication.
- Contribute to positive client relationship development through operational intent and results-orientation.
- Operate with honesty, integrity, and transparency in all aspects of work.
- Oversee team and individual performance through engagement with quality analysts and be accountable for team performance development.
- Carry out frequent coaching based on issues/trends notified, providing constructive feedback and learning opportunities.
- Ensure team members receive appropriate training initially and on an ongoing basis.
- Handle escalated queries, issues, or complaints in line with agreed processes.
- Seek opportunities for continuous improvement.
- Carry out administrative or managerial functions accurately, diligently, and in a timely manner.
- Passion for delivering success.
- Experience and working knowledge of individual and team coaching, leading and motivating others, problem-solving, personal and/or team successes, conscientiousness, and ambition to participate in operation development.
