We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Community Manager to oversee our online communities across various platforms.

The ideal candidate will have fluency in English and German (verbal and written), exceptional communication skills, strong teamwork skills, and a proactive attitude towards challenges and opportunities.

This role involves working closely with internal partners, studios, and development teams to provide world-class support for our games. This includes interacting with thousands of gamers daily, providing support, promoting engagement, creating conversation topics, and providing feedback regarding in-game and technical issues.

To succeed in this position, you must be able to manage multiple tasks simultaneously, meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment, and adhere to key performance indicators.
