We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Personal Lines Insurance Advisor to join our team in Galway City Centre. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for promoting and generating new business across all personal lines classes.
Your Key Responsibilities
- Promote and generate new business across all personal lines classes including motor, home, farm, van, health, and marine.
- Assist with policy queries and changes to meet existing clients' needs while supporting the annual renewal cycle to ensure client retention.
- Carry out day-to-day administrative tasks associated with clients' personal lines policies.
- Identify cross-selling opportunities to provide an excellent client experience and ensure positive engagement.
Your Requirements
- Experience and knowledge in a personal insurance environment.
- APA qualified or working towards APA certification.
- Strong customer focus and commitment to providing excellent service to clients.
- Excellent interpersonal skills.
