The Infrastructure Management Director will play a pivotal role in the management and implementation of Building Services at TN Ireland. This position involves overseeing all electrical/mechanical activities, managing resources efficiently, and upholding our uncompromising standards of quality and safety.
This is an exciting opportunity to join our project delivery team as we seek a highly skilled individual to coordinate MEP Services project delivery cycle from Pre-Construction & Planning, Construction, Testing & Commissioning.
Key Responsibilities- Manage & coordinate all phases of the MEP Services project delivery cycle from Pre-Construction & Planning, Construction, Testing & Commissioning.
- Co-ordinate design team information & details in time for project delivery activities.
- Ensure implementation of the MEP deliverables on the project.
- Ensure all MEP works are carried out to the highest level of safety.
- Inspect all installation works against the agreed level of approved quality plan.
- Monitor programmes & review installation progress of MEP services.
- Work collaboratively with the design team, MEP subcontractors and the wider project team.
- Mechanical/Electrical Third level qualification.
- 7 years' experience in building services co-ordination.
- Previous Main Contractor experience is preferred.
- Excellent IT skills.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills required.
- Strong client focus.
