Revenue Management Specialist

The Ardilaun hotel is seeking a skilled Revenue Manager to join its team.
About the Role:- This role is crucial in maximizing room revenue through effective reservations management, digital marketing, and strategic distribution.
To be successful, you will need to have experience in revenue management concepts and occupancy strategies. You should also be proficient in managing online travel agency platforms (e.g., Expedia).
Key Responsibilities:- Maximize occupancy, Average Daily Rate (ADR), and Revenue Per Available Room (RevPAR) through strategic pricing and distribution.
- Create accurate weekly forecasts and competitor analysis reports.
- Manage website content, search engine optimization (SEO), special offers, and third-party listings.
- Plan and execute email campaigns aligned with guest journey and local events.
- Previous experience in the same or similar role.
- Strong analytical and reporting skills- able to interpret data and make informed decisions.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, comfortable working with cross-functional teams.
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple systems and tasks.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Google Analytics preferred.
- Flexible and proactive mindset, with a drive to continuously improve results.
