Project Portfolio Management Role

This is an exciting opportunity for a seasoned project manager to join our organization in Dublin. As a Project Manager, you will be responsible for managing and coordinating various projects from inception through completion.

  • Monitor financial projects ensuring high standards of accuracy and transparency
  • Facilitate regular forums to drive successful outcomes and validate key project documents
  • Collaborate with technology delivery managers to gather and present monthly status reports
  • Engage with IT heads to ensure statements of work are accurately reflected in forecasts
  • Identify opportunities to streamline processes and automate manual tasks
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Expertise with reporting tools such as ServiceNow, Excel, and PowerPoint is essential
  • Experience required includes collaborating with stakeholders, monitoring financial projects, and engaging with IT heads
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills are necessary for success in this role

In this role, you will have the opportunity to contribute to the ongoing enhancement of our project management function by identifying areas for process improvement and implementing efficient solutions.
